Revel Roll is stoked you chose our skates. Every pair of Revel quad skates (“Product”) is designed for self-expression, movement, and joy. Please read the information below carefully, as it outlines the guarantees and warranties that apply to your Product.

1. Warranty Coverage

In addition to any other rights you may have, Revel Roll provides the following express limited warranty (“Warranty”), which begins on the date of original retail purchase and continues for a period of 3 months (“Warranty Period”).

Subject to the conditions outlined below, Revel Roll warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that if, during the Warranty Period, the Product is found to have a defect resulting from faulty materials or workmanship, Revel Roll will, at its sole discretion:

  • (a) replace the Product,

  • (b) replace or exchange the defective part(s), or

  • (c) repair the Product.

For the purposes of this Warranty, “Revel Roll” refers to Revel Roll Co., operated by Rize Distribution LLC.


2. Conditions of Use

This Warranty applies only when the Product has been used in accordance with all instructions and intended use. The Warranty does not apply if the defect or failure is caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, improper maintenance, or failure to follow care or safety instructions.


3. Normal Wear and Tear

This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to wheels, bearings, toe stops, laces, brake pads, or cosmetic damage resulting from regular use.


4. Limitations of Liability

Revel Roll does not accept responsibility for:

a. Any loss or damage arising from failure to use the Product in accordance with instructions; or
b. Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic loss or damage, however caused.


5. Void Warranty

This Warranty is immediately void if:

a. Any serial number, label, or identifying mark is removed, altered, or defaced; or
b. The Product has been modified, repaired, or serviced by anyone not authorized by Revel Roll, or if non-approved replacement parts are used.


6. Proof of Purchase

All Warranty claims must be accompanied by valid proof of original purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.


7. Burden of Proof

The Purchaser is responsible for demonstrating that the defect occurred within the Warranty Period and is not excluded under the terms of this Warranty.


8. Authorized Retailers Only

This Warranty applies only to Products purchased from authorized Revel Roll retailers. Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers are not covered.


9. Shipping & Costs

The Purchaser is responsible for all shipping, freight, and any other costs associated with making a Warranty claim, unless otherwise required by law.


10. Exclusions

This Warranty excludes consumable items and damage caused by normal use, improper storage, exposure to extreme conditions, or failure to perform regular maintenance.


11. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a Warranty claim, please return the Product to the retailer from whom it was purchased, along with proof of purchase. The retailer will work with Revel Roll to evaluate the claim and, if approved, arrange for repair, replacement, or exchange on our behalf.
